The memorandum is a partnership document where both parties entering into cooperation define the field of interest and individual roles. The scope of cooperation is very individual because each city enters into cooperation from a different starting position. Each city has a different population, their structure, different requirements and different needs.
Memoranda are free of charge – they are completely free for both partners, cities and municipalities.
It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a concept yet and de facto the “smart city” is just starting to deal with the issue. We will advise you from the very beginning.
