These memoranda enable de facto any city in the Region, where this memorandum is signed, so that the Czech Smart City Cluster or the City Representative can or could be approached without further unnecessary negotiations. It entitles the city to any consultations; it can enter and solve them directly. We will also advise you on subsidies or simply checking the prepared project.
